What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets must be returned with all security seals intact.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide in the box.
